Alarm causes and correction methods:
When the infusion pump alarms for various reasons, press the mute button to eliminate the alarm sound for two minutes, then find the cause, eliminate the fault, and restart the infusion
1. Alarm: Drop alarm (drop alarm) can only occur when the drop control function exists and the special infusion pump pipeline of Braun Company is used. Reason: Please check the pipeline part above the infusion pump: the infusion bottle is empty? Twirl clamp closed? The sensor is not placed on the drip chamber? Sensor Connections? Damaged sensor? The drip chamber swings? Mist in the drip chamber? High liquid level? Does the exhaust cap not open when using a rigid infusion bottle? Disposal: Replace with a new infusion bottle. Open the screw clamp. Place the sensor on the drip chamber. Check for loose sensor connections, remove and reinstall. Replace the sensor. Keep the drip chamber stable and temporarily close the drop sensor if necessary. Shake the drip chamber to remove the mist. Set the infusion bottle upright, and then squeeze part of the liquid back into the bottle to lower the liquid level. Open the vent cap
2. alarm: Pressure alarm (pressure alarm) reason: the rotary clamp of the infusion tube is closed? is the infusion tube folded? the venous channel of the patient is blocked? treatment: open the rotary clamp. Make the pipeline unobstructed. Restore venous access.
3, alarm: Air alarm (air alarm), reason: there is air in the pipeline system? treatment: please prepare the infusion, the pipeline system of air bubbles completely discharged. After the alarm, please re-exhaust and adjust the liquid level in the drip chamber
4. Alarm: Preselect Volume (no preset) Reason: The total amount of infusion is not set? Handling: Set the total amount of infusion
5. Alarm: In vaid rate (No Rate Alarm) Reason: No Rate Processing: Please reset the rate
6. Alarm: KOR end (preset alarm before liquid infusion) Reason: Infusion bottle is empty: replace with a new infusion
7. Alarm: Recall alarm (pause end alarm) Reason: Alarm processing after pause ends: Start infusion, or use special function key "SM" to adjust to standby, press [ON] key, clear pause time to end pause or reset time to extend pause.
8. Alarm: Pumpdooropen (pump door open alarm) Reason: pump door open treatment: close pump door
9. Alarm: Batterypirw-alarm (battery pre-alarm) Reason: The battery will run out (alarm will start 30 minutes before the battery capacity is used up) Treatment: Connect the main power supply
10. Alarm: Battery alam (battery pre-alarm) Reason: Battery run out Treatment: Connect the main power supply
