1. troubleshooting: Infusion pump failures include non-functional failures caused by functional failures of the machine itself and non-functional failures caused by reasons other than the machine. When the infusion pump alarm for various reasons, press the mute button to eliminate the alarm sound for 2 minutes. Then find the cause of the alarm, eliminate the fault, and restart the infusion (Table 1-1)

Replace the new infusion, open the flow rate regulator, open the exhaust cap, correctly place and clamp the sensor in the drip pot, replace the sensor, fix the infusion pot, keep stable, shake the drip pot, remove water mist, the liquid level in the drip pot cannot exceed 1/2 of the height of the drip pot, place the infusion bottle upright, and then squeeze some liquid back into the bottle to reduce the liquid level. |

2. cleaning and disinfection:
Wipe the housing of the infusion pump with a slightly damp clean soft cloth. The drip rate sensor is cleaned with absolute ethanol. Disinfect and sterilize regularly to prevent cross infection. Wipe the instrument with 5% chlorhexidine, 2.25 pentanal or 10% benzylamine chloride cleaning solution.
