1. Syringe Pump Operating Procedures
1. The injection pump is plugged into an external power supply.
2. Press the "○/⊙" key to turn on the power of the injection pump (press and hold this key for 3 seconds when turning off).
3. The syringe that has been filled with liquid medicine, connected to the extension tube and scalp needle and drained of air is loaded into the syringe pump.
4. Press the "fast forward" button twice continuously within 1 second, and press and hold it for the second time to activate the fast forward function and eliminate the mechanical gap until the scalp needle starts to overflow liquid.
5. Set the flow rate and injection dose (injection dose may not be set).
6. Performed a venipuncture for the patient.
7. Press the "Start/Stop" key to start the injection (press this key again to pause the injection).
2. considerations andMaintenance
1. For the first time, it is recommended to set the accuracy as follows:
Accuracy setting mode entry method: in the shutdown state, press and hold the number key "2" while the boot operation can be entered. After entering, press the "pressure selection" key (please ensure that the operation gap does not exceed 10 seconds, otherwise the system will automatically exit the precision setting mode) to switch between 20ml and 50ml specifications, and press the "fast forward" key to save after setting the precision according to the corresponding specifications.
The meaning of precision value: the range length of the syringe corresponding to the nominal specification (for example, the precision value of 20ml syringe is 0ml -- the length value between 20ml scales, in mm)
When leaving the factory, the 20ml specification accuracy value is set to 69.0 by default, and the 50ml specification accuracy value is set to 75.0 by default.
2. Please choose a disposable sterile syringe of 20ml and 50ml/60ml that meets the national standard.
3. Set the injection dose strictly according to the doctor's advice. The wrong injection dose may cause harm to the patient.
4. Keep the injection pump clean and wipe the liquid medicine dripping on the injection pump in time.
5. When using the built-in battery, the battery should be exhausted at one time (I. e. used to generate a low battery alarm); when not in use for a long time, the battery should be connected to an external power supply every 3 months to charge the battery, so as not to affect the battery performance.
